Welcome to the Division of Preventive Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, an internationally recognized center for clinical trials and epidemiologic research. Members of the Division are involved in research, teaching, and training in many areas of preventive medicine, including aging, biostatistics, blood and genetic studies, cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, endocrinology, health promotion and disease prevention, hypertension, minority health, risk prediction, vision research, and women’s health.
Our Division is comprised of 20 faculty, 5 postdoctoral fellows, more than 125 staff, and 10 sponsored researchers that embody a diversity of complementary disciplines, including clinical medicine, biostatistics, epidemiology, and data science.
